The Stichting Restauratie Atelier Limburg is a defining institute specialising in the conservation and restoration of paintings, sculptures, historic interiors and contemporary and modern artworks. Research, consultancy and education courses are also part of SRAL’s domain.

We care about your privacy and we would like to inform you about what we do with your details. SRAL respects the privacy of each and every individual that uses our website. This is why we treat all personal information as strictly confidential. We only use the information that you provide us for internal purposes. For example, to process your enquiry or your registration for educational trainings and workshops. We only ask details that are relevant to answer your inquiry– not more. For any other use we will ask your permission.

Retention period of your information
SRAL does not keep your information longer than necessary to fulfill your request.
Information that is relevant for bureaucratic reasons will be saved for no longer than seven years to fulfill our financial obligations. Details will be erased thereafter by SRAL within one year. The period referred to in the above paragraph is valid provided that there are no other legal obligations to keep the information.

Use of your e-mail address
Have you registered for a workshop or training? Then we would like to keep you updated about future educational trainings and workshops that take place at SRAL. If you do not want to be contacted by us anymore, then it is no problem. Please send an e-mail to info@sral.nl with your request and we will delete your information from our database.

Rights
You have the right to withdraw the confirmation of the use of your details at any time. The deletion of data takes place at the end of each month.
Besides the right of erasure, you also have the right of access and the right of rectification. If you are interested in how we use your details, you can ask for a written record of processing activities. Should you have any request regarding your data, please e-mail us to info@sral.nl and we will make sure that your request is been processed within one week.
