MACCH

The Maastricht Centre for Arts and Culture, Conservation and Heritage (MACCH) is a transdisciplinary center that brings together a unique combination of economic, legal, historical, philosophical, and practical expertise in response to the demands of the increasingly multi-layered challenges facing the fields of arts and heritage today. To meet these challenges, MACCH initiates collaborative research projects across the traditional boundaries separating academic and professional practice and institutions.
MACCH was launched in March 2015 and is a joint initiative between the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Humanities and Sciences, School of Business and Economics of Maastricht University, as well as the Sociaal Historisch Centrum Limburg (SHCL) and Stichting Restauratie  Atelier Limburg (SRAL).
